Wide spiral round wire link belt (N300, N300V, N400, N400V)

Round, flat wire spirals or flat-oval-shaped elements are joined together to form the wide spiral link belt. Right- and left-hand elements are used alternately. We use corrugated cross rods to join the elements. The belt is available with welded edges, looped edges or bent edges. The drive is generally positive via smooth, roughened or rubberised drive rollers. Special designs such as the positively driven wide spiral link belt, also known as a CTB belt, are driven by positive engagement with toothed drive wheels.
